Portuguese attacker Cristiano Ronaldo is close to being announced by his new club. This is Al Nassr, Saudi Arabia, in a contract until 2030. The information is from the Spanish newspaper Tag.
According to the publication, Cristiano Ronaldo had asked the Arabs for time to reflect on the signing of a contract. In the last few hours, however, he has decided to accept the new challenge and the official announcement should take place in the next few hours.
The Marca also reveals that Cristiano "will stay as a club athlete for two and a half years as a player and the rest as ambassador of the Arab country's candidacy along with Egypt and Greece for the 2030 World Cup organization".
Cristiano will receive something around 200 million euros per season as a player. The salary will increase when he becomes ambassador.
