STJD: Youth and Corinthians are denounced for use of flares at Alfredo Jaconi

The Attorney General’s Office of the Superior Court of Sports Justice (STJD) denounced Youth and Corinthians by the use of flags of the Timão cheer during the match between the two clubs, last Thursday (29), by the quarter final of the Copa do Brasil.

According to the ‘ge’, the two clubs were framed in article 213, section I, of the Brazilian Sports Justice Code (CBJD), which speaks of "no longer prevent and suppress disorders".

If convicted, clubs may have to pay fines between R$ Ten thousand and R.$ 100 grand. O Youth can still have the sector in Alfredo Jaconi stadium, where the fact occurred, forbidden.

The gaucho club was also denounced by the fall of energy at 21 minutes in the final stretch of the 1st time in Article 7, I, of the General Competition Regulation (RGC) of CBF, for not making available generator to avoid the lack of energy and stopping the match. The club may be punished in accordance with Article 191, Section III of the CBJD and may be fined between R$ 100 and R$ 100 grand.
