Veto doeArena

Despite approving the budget, Cori asked that the DoeArena project be removed from the budget forecast. As published by My Timon in the last week, the Corinthians had the campaign, carried out by Gaviões da Fiel, as the main point to reduce the debt of Neo Química Arena.

The alvinegro club divided the impact into five scenarios, considering that the Doe Arena action Corinthians, which has been on the air since November 28th, accumulate R$ 50 million at the end of 2024. Thus, the most optimistic view foresees a collection of R$ 600 million in the coming year, which would be zeroed in interest expenses already in 2026 at Caixa Econômica Federal.
