O Athletico Paranaense entered with unnamed measure in the Court of Sports Justice of Paraná on the price values of tickets practiced by the Coritiba Foot Ball Club for Athleticana fans to watch the classic at the Couto Pereira Stadium.
The measure was filed in the TJD-PR on Tuesday afternoon (21), before the start of ticket sales by Coritiba. Athletico also notified Procon Paraná to take appropriate measures.
The goal is to obtain a decision to ensure the right of Athletic fans to access the stadium of Coritiba on Saturday for the same average value practiced to fans of the house in sectors of comparable condition. Measures that are provided for in the General Sports Law and the General Regulation of FPF Professional Competitions for 2025.
Just last night (21), the Parana Sports Court issued preliminary order with subpoena to Coritiba and the Paranaense Football Federation so that, within 24 hours, they manifest themselves regarding the innominate measure filed by Athletico.
O Coritiba it is charging athleticana fans a value four times higher than that practiced for sectors that keep the same disposition: bleachers without chairs and without covers. The announced promotion subverts the value of the middle ticket of the bossing crowd, reducing it to 75 reais.
In this way, the Athletic asks that the values practiced to the fans of the Athletico Paranaense they are equated to the values practiced to the driving cheerleader in sectors of equivalent conditions of access and permanence. In addition, Athletico asks TJD to Coritiba increase the excess of values practiced to those fans who had already acquired the tickets.
