One of the most popular players in the Athletic downturn and involved in capital failures in the final stretch of Brasileirão 2024, defender Kaique Rocha said goodbye to the club on social networks.
The 23-year-old player wasn't part of Hurricane's plans and he got a transfer to the International, club that has already defended between 2021 and 2022.
"I'm sorry about the hard year we lived in 2024. It was really frustrating to see all our dedication and daily delivery in vain," started the player, in ‘letter’ to the athletic fans.

The quarterback participated in 61 games with Athletico's shirt in 2024 and was the player who most minutes competed in official matches worldwide in the season.
