By denouncing the prosecutor, each player can be suspended for up to 22 games, based on articles of the Brazilian Sports Justice Code (CBJD). The punishment is only for competitions organized by the Paranaense Football Federation. In other words, it does not apply to Copa do Brasil or to any division of the Brazilian Championship (Series A, B, C and D).

Date of trial

There's no trial yet. The case will first be judged by a disciplinary committee of the TJD-PR (first instance). Then, in case of appeal, go to the Full TJD-PR (second instance).

The trend is the case is fully judged (resolved in both instances) in the next four to five weeks, when the competition will already be in the qualifying stages. It is possible that several of these punishments will not be fulfilled until 2026.
