Hurricane won, but he still hasn't. On Sunday afternoon (2 February), the team commanded by Maurício Barbieri again won the Paranaense Championship by defeating Andraus, in Vila Capanema, by 3 to 1.
The performance before the vice-lantern of the competition, however, was not convincing, so much so that the team even took the draw and barely yielded the turn in the first half. The field highlights, then, ended up being the authors of the goals of victory – and more by the goals themselves than by exuberant performance.
With victory, Athletico rises to fifth place, with 12 points, two unless the leader Employee-PR. The Andraus is the penultimate placed, on 11th, with four points and within the debasement zone.
In the eighth round, Andraus faces Cascavel on Wednesday at 8:00 p.m. at the Regional Olympics. Athletico closes the round against São Joseense on Thursday at 8:00 p.m. at the Ligga Arena.
