The Athletico is looking for the hiring of the attacker Leo Chu, who had already passed by Grêmio and Ceará and currently defends Seattle Sounders in the United States since 2021. The Paranaense club seeks to strengthen its cast for the second semester and has the attacker as a priority, as reported by journalists Tiago Brandão and Tiago Marchezini.
Natural Port Alegre, Léo Chu began his career in the basic categories of Grêmio. In 2020, he was loaned to Ceará, where he played 30 matches, scoring three goals and providing six assists. He returned to Tricolor Gaucho in 2021, recording 22 games, three goals and three assists.
Since then, the player has been part of the cast of the Seattle Sounders, MLS, having scored five goals in 39 games in 2023 and a goal in nine matches in 2024.
